Medical Check-up Programme

Our check-up programme is designed to enable early screening of cardiovascular diseases, pulmonary diseases, diseases of gastrointestinal tract and metabolism, as well as malignant diseases. The programme is regularly reworked and updated with the latest medical knowledge and findings.

In principle, men and women both should undertake the examination programme annually from the age of 40.

The check-up programme includes detailed and differentiated investigation of the health status, ECG, diagnostic investigation of internal organs, comprehensive laboratory tests, prostrate cancer screening for men, as well as a detailed discussion about the check-up results. In particular, the check-up programme includes the following:

  • Detailed investigation of medical history and physical examination
  • Resting and stress ECG
  • Ultrasound of internal organs
  • Pulmonary function test
  • Laboratory tests: inflammatory markers, complete blood count, blood sugar (fasting), serum lipid levels, liver function values, kidney function values, uric acid, thyroid hormones, haemoccult test, urinalysis, and urinary sediment
  • Cancer screening: haemoccult test and determination of Prostate Specific Antigens/PSA (men)
  • Detailed discussion of the examination results and medical advice for healthy living
  • If required, creation of a therapy concept based on traditional and natural medicine factors

If required, the check-up may also include additional examinations upon consultation.
